The Grand Mufti of Thailand has awarded the certificate to those in power who have completed the second training course on leadership development for modern Islamic leadership in 2024

On September 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., the Chularatchamontri (Mr. Arun Boonchum) honored to present certificates to the graduates of the second course of the Islamic Leadership Development Institute, Office of the Chularatchamontri. There were 53 graduates of the Modern Islamic Leadership Development Course (Male Muslims) Batch 7 and Muslimahs (Females) Batch 4. The training was organized from September 1-9, 2024 for 9 consecutive days. Mr. Kampee Dithakorn, Director of the Islamic Leadership Development Institute, Mr. Prasert Mahamat, Secretary of the Chularatchamontri, Dr. Wallop Suwandee, President of Kasembundit University, Dr. Suwat Suwandee, Vice President for Administration, Dr. Saran Sai Fah, Assistant to the President, along with staff and a group from the Islamic Leadership Development Institute Alumni Association, joined the event at Kasembundit University. Romklao Campus, Minburi District, Bangkok

The Islamic Leadership Development Institute is an institution that will cultivate religious personnel in all dimensions for the development and elevation of knowledge to keep up with the changes in the current economic and social situation. In addition to having good religious knowledge, modern religious scholars must also be developers and leaders of change.

The training program for developing modern Muslim leaders and Muslim women will promote the use of the sufficiency economy philosophy, good governance, honesty, unity, reconciliation, peace-making, promoting and supporting the dissemination of correct religious principles, and creating good understanding and cooperation between religions in order for the country to be prosperous and sustainable.
